The cold bath is maintained at 16°C, the ice bath at 5°C, both with a depth of 1.4 meters — creating an intense hot-and-cold contrast that rejuvenates the body, calms the mind, and awakens the senses.

LIGHT GARDEN is a light art installation by Mirror Bowler, featuring 3D Flower of Life – INNER PORTAL, art directed by Norio Nakamura (ZIGN) and produced by Ryo Asada. The fusion of light and reflection opens an “inner portal,” inviting calmness and deep self-connection.
